As a 24/7 gym, will there always be someone on site to let me in, or will I get my own key-card?

Guests and members are welcome to speak with a staff member on-site with any questions or concerns during our staffed hours: Monday–Thursday, 6am–1pm; Friday, 6am–5pm; and Saturday, 7am–1pm.

After signing up for a membership, members will download our app, which provides a digital keycard for 24/7 gym access. Simply scan your digital keycard at the door to enter. Members who prefer a physical keycard are also welcome to stop in during staffed hours, and a staff member can get one set up for you.

Highland Park Fitness has two entrances. Our West entrance (back entrance) is available for member access 24/7. Our East entrance (street entrance through the double doors) may be locked outside of staffed hours, so we recommend using the West entrance when visiting during those times.

Is the Sauna included in membership? How does it work?

The sauna is an add-on service available to members only. To purchase access, you must have an active membership and stop by during office hours to pick up a separate key fob for entry into the sauna room.

To reserve a time, simply book through the app under “Find a Class.” Time slots are available in 60-minute blocks, with each sauna session lasting 50 minutes. Members may book one reservation per day.
