Jeremy Tland

Jeremy Toland

Jeremy grew up in Des Moines’ Highland Park neighborhood, attending Harding Middle School and North High School. With his mother still living nearby, he remains deeply connected to the community and is proud to now raise his own family here.

He and his wife, Brittan, have three children—Jace, Jax, and Allie. When schedules allow, Jace and Jax join him for early 5 a.m. workouts at the gym, building discipline and memories together.

For more than 20 years, Jeremy has owned and operated successful businesses in the Highland Park area. Opening HPF brings together his passion for fitness and entrepreneurship while continuing to invest in the neighborhood he proudly calls home. He believes strong communities are built through connection and a shared commitment to growth.

HPF Founder

Tiffany Christensen

Chris Wollesen

Chris has been involved in fitness for most of his life, growing up playing sports like baseball, basketball, and track. For the past 10 years, he has consistently trained at 5 a.m. and recently completed his first 5K, gaining a new appreciation for endurance training.

He has also worked one-on-one with friends and family, helping with weight loss, strength goals, and nutrition guidance.

Chris is engaged and a proud father of two girls, ages 10 and 14. His family enjoys staying active through bike rides, park trips, backyard games, and walks with their dog, Luna.

Chris loves meeting new people, helping others reach their goals, and sharing the fitness knowledge he has gained over the years.

He is excited for this opportunity and looks forward to helping lead Highland Park Fitness.
