Jeremy Toland

HPF Founder

Jeremy grew up in Des Moines’ Highland Park neighborhood, attending Harding Middle School and North High School. With his mother still living in the area, Jeremy remains deeply connected to the community and is proud to be raising his own family in Des Moines.

He is married to Brittan Toland, and together they have three children—Jace, Jax, and Allie. When schedules allow, Jace and Jax join Jeremy for 5 a.m. workouts at the gym. While chest and arms are their favorite, their 2026 goals include focusing more on legs, cardio, and spending extra time in the sauna.

For more than twenty years, Jeremy has owned and operated several successful businesses in the Highland Park area. Opening Highland Park Fitness allows him to combine his passion for fitness with his entrepreneurial experience, while continuing to support the revitalization of the neighborhood he proudly calls home.

Tiffany Christensen

HPF Manager

Tiffany has been in the health and wellness industry in Des Moines for over 15 years. Her background includes owning two Anytime Fitness locations, running a one-on-one personal training business, and working as a Nutrition, Activity and Lifestyle Coach at Profile by Sanford. She is a wife and boy mom who relates to honoring health goals while managing a busy schedule. She is a people person who loves to learn about people's goals and be a resource to help find solutions that work for each member. She can't wait be a part of the Highland Park neighborhood!

Flexi Lexi

HPF Ai Attendant

Flexi is new to the team. She helps us by answering calls, answering simple inquiries, and sending out our newsletters. As she gets in shape, she may be responsible for more. She loves it here in Highland Park!
